If this were a Hillary quote, I’d be livid. I would take it as a sexist slam against her solid leadership skills. But when I heard it about Sarah Palin, all I did was snicker, and take it as an excellent characterization of someone with no leadership skills at all. She’s so not ready to be president.
The article makes it a point to talk about other vice-presidential candidates who were off message and “going rogue” too, which makes the Sarah Palin commentary a little more palatable as non-sexist.
