My signature

I lost my social security card recently and I was very bummed about it. Even though I could get a new card, my old card was my original and it had my signature from when I was thirteen years old. I got sort of sentimental about it. Luckily I found it the other day cleaning out my desk drawer. I got to looking at my signature and it’s changed quite substantially. I’m not entirely sure when this happened, but probably over the course of a lifetime. I look back at old college and grad school notes and there was clearly a progression. I remember being in 4th grade and learning cursive and the teacher, Mrs. Sally Leifer, continually corrected me because I wanted to write up and down and she wanted me to write in a slant. So, if you look at my current signature, you can see that in the end I WON! I wonder what handwriting analysts would say about this.

Ok, that was dumb, putting up my signature online. Whew.
