Three Interesting Links
1. NPR article on democrats losing ground in Louisiana. They cite LSU prof, Wayne Parent. It’s an interesting read. Apparently people in Louisiana comprise most of the 15 percent of the country who still support President Bush.
2. The FDA approved a marijuana pill, called Marinol. Ironies abound. The argument against medical marijuana is that the act of smoking it is bad for your health. But between feeding both the government’s war on drugs and the medical-pharmaceutical industrial complex, I’m not surprised that a pill form has been approved over the “street” form. Follow the dollar.
3. An article on why the next Harry Potter movie has been delayed. Apparently it’s due to Daniel Radcliffe’s penis.
