Gratitudes: Letting the Days Go By

Keeping track of gratitudes helps keep me positive and appreciative. The only rule is people can't be on the list because there are too many to name. Focusing on the small things keeps me mindful. Here's my gratitudes for today.

1. I am grateful for the YMCA’s track. They keep the temperature at a constant 68, which is perfect for walking. Not too cold and not too hot.
2. I am grateful for the cold weather. I so hate the heat.
3. I am grateful for crystal light drink mix packets.
