I’m having a wine and cheese party for the grad fac tomorrow. Yes, I know I’m an alcoholic. I will just eat all the cheese and chocolate and let them drink the wine. I am planning on showing the aquarium clip on the Finding Nemo DVD. Anyway, after surfing for some time to find wine and cheese pairings, I found an excellent site at Oregon Wines. Everywhere else I looked pretty much sucked.
